Review:
A year ago, I gave an overview about the upcoming Jack, a film about Ausralian almost the same kind of story. I then complained that despite the excellent acting, the story continued every clich? in the book. Well, this one is more or less the textbook on how to do it right. It does not prevent any the inevitable melodrama of such a story, but it does so without ever having to be flooded. The acting is superb in this one too, but the story makes you feel like you're watching real people, not a movie about real people, and in this case it works for the film. A nice to see Andy Serkis for real this time
